When you arrive to collect your car, you’ll be asked for your DVLA check code. This code enables the branch to check the counterpart of your driving licence online. The branch will visit the DVLA website and enter the code you have provided so they can access your licence details.

UK drivers are required to bring the card part of their driving licence, a utility bill dated within the last three months as proof of address and your DVLA check code.
EU licence holders not residing in the UK must bring a domestic driving licence and either a passport or ID card.
Drivers from outside the EU are required to bring a valid domestic driving licence with an English translation as well as their passport.
